First piece of the Arna collection, L’Écorce set the mysterious tone of the pieces that will follow. L’Écorce has been imagined as a growing piece of furniture: a strong protective shield. It is conceived as a family of seatings that vary in heights between a stool, a bench or a dining armchair. All pieces hold a similar essence of the strong bark of a tree enveloping our bodies. Their long slits expresses a vertical movement in the pieces that changes depending on the angles from which we look.
